My recent stay at Towneplace Suites By Marriott New York Manhattan/Chelsea was enjoyable. The friendly staff and convenient location made up for the small inconveniences like elevator waits. The cozy room, comfortable bed, and functional kitchenette were highlights. Overall, a great experience in the heart of Manhattan.

Despite some minor inconveniences like slow elevators and crowded breakfast areas, the cleanliness of the rooms, comfy beds, and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for reheating takeout meals.

The location near Penn Train Station was convenient, and the room was clean with ample breakfast options. Despite a small room and occasional elevator wait times, the fast elevators and accurate room representation were notable. A decent choice amidst minor inconveniences.

The hotel's location is perfect, close to subways and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfy beds, and a nice shower. Breakfast was decent. Some issues with space, elevators, and minor maintenance. A good choice for exploring NYC.

Just stayed at a hotel slightly away from Times Square. The breakfast spread was AMAZING. Would choose it again. Better in person than in photos!

The room wasn't the biggest, but considering NYC's standards, it was alright. We even had a wardrobe to hang our clothes on and a fully equipped kitchen area. We stayed on the 8th floor, so we took the stairs in the morning for breakfast, so I don't know what the waiting time for the elevator was. But going back from breakfast was ok, and we didn't wait for long. The hotel's location was perfect for us - we were only 700 meters from Madison Square Garden, and less than 1 km from the iconic Flatiron Building. It was so convenient being close to these famous landmarks, and it made getting around the city a breeze.

Omg, 🙌 loved the convenience of being steps from the metro - so easy to hop on and explore nyc! the breakfast spread was legit, but it does get busy. Rooms are cozy, but the kitchenette saved the day. Just wish there was more space for luggage. Staff was super sweet tho!

I simply adored the cozy lobby area, where I could sit and relax after a long day of exploring New York City. The stylish decor and comfortable seating made it the perfect place for us seniors to unwind. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to the subway station made it incredibly convenient for us to get around and explore the city without having to navigate through busy streets.

A lovely seating area for seniors to enjoy outside would have made the vacation even better.

Great location near a subway station, easy to get around. Rooms on a high floor with well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Housekeeping was great and always available. Breakfast buffet was simple but satisfactory. a convenient and comfortable stay.

The location was perfect and the room had a great kitchen. The bed was comfy and the staff was friendly. However, the elevators were a nightmare and the financial system charged my card twice. Despite these issues, the cleaning staff was excellent, and the breakfast was okay. The HVAC was loud, but the staff was helpful in finding a solution.

Loved the friendly front desk staff, super clean rooms, and convenient subway access. The breakfast was top-notch and the cozy beds were a dream after long days walking around the city. The bathroom door not providing full privacy was a bit of a bummer, but overall, the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay 😊.

The location of this hotel was fantastic - right in the center of Manhattan and within walking distance of many of the major sights. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Transportation was also very convenient, with easy access to the subway to get anywhere in the city.

We loved staying at this hotel! Its location is perfect, within walking distance of many attractions, and close to the subway which allowed us to get anywhere in the city with ease. The service was great! The staff was helpful and friendly, and our room was equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning and free toiletries. We even had cookware and kitchen utensils, which made it easy to prepare and eat meals.

The location of the hotel is amazing, with fresh flowers lining the way in and out. Our room was modern and clean, with a cute little kitchenette and comfy bed. Even though the breakfast was simple, the food was plentiful and the staff were friendly and attentive. I recommend this hotel.

The location is unbeatable with easy access to major subway lines and the city center. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff was overall friendly. The breakfast had some options available, including a kitchenette in the room. The view from higher floors is beautiful.

The room at TownePlace Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Chelsea was fantastic. It had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher to a cozy balcony. The city views from the room were a great bonus and the free WiFi was super convenient. The bed was comfy, and the shower was stocked with complimentary toiletries.

I found it a bit noisy due to the city location, but others might enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

I always stay here. Great staff; they even helped me print once. Perfect for me, with Wi-Fi, paid parking, 24-hour reception, fitness center. I'm heading back this weekend.

As a tourist, I loved the excellent location of this hotel. It was a decent walk to Times Square, Rockefeller Centre, Central Park, and even the Clinton Castle for the ferry to Liberty Island. The subway stations nearby were also convenient for getting around. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, and cutlery. The kitchen amenities made it easy to have take-out meals. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the staff were helpful when needed.

I felt really comfortable during my stay, and nothing was too much trouble.

Breakfast was varied and included gluten-free options. the rooms were small but well-designed and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to check out late to accommodate our travel plans. the lobby offered additional amenities like a computer, printer, and water dispenser.

The rooms lacked storage space, making it challenging for longer stays or guests with larger luggage. Some guests experienced issues with noise from the AC and toilets, as well as issues with getting towels changed.

Loved the free WiFi, so I could post my fabulous pics online. The 24-hour fitness center was great, I burned off all those extra calories from the breakfast buffet!

Just what I needed, free newspapers in the lobby. Who wants to catch up on the news when you're on vacation?
